Description

We chose the homeland of coffee as our starting point in our research, Ethiopian coffees have always given us experiences thanks to their aromatic complexity, and we are in love with them.

PARAD-ICE is cultivated by micro producers in the Yirgacheffe area, an area culturally and geographically similar to nearby Sidamo. The plants in the plots of land at 1600-1900 meters above sea level where the picking took place are of the Heirloom variety and after the scrupulous selection the coffee underwent a Washed process.

THE EXPERIENCE IN THE CUP

This Specialty has a good intensity in the cup, fruity aromas and flavors with bright acidity, a sensorial profile perfect for cold extractions.

 

Recipes created by our TASTE PREPARATORS for PARAD-ICE:

COLD BREW (IMMERSION)
80 g medium-coarse ground coffee per liter of cold water infuse for 8 hours inside an airtight container or in a sealed bag. At the end, filter with a paper or fine-mesh steel filter to retain as much particulate matter as possible. We also recommend this recipe to use with Siphons/Staplers for Nitro Coffee.

COLD BREW (PERCOLATION) with Dripster
30 g of medium-coarse ground coffee for every 500 ml of cold water. Insert the ground coffee and the water into the upper container, adjusting the water flow to approximately one drop per second if possible.

 

This coffee is available in a bag of 250 beans with a single roast. NO DIFFERENT ROASTINGS ARE CARRIED OUT FOR THIS PRODUCT.
