THE FARM

Since the success of the Farm Casa Ruiz Specialty (IF YOU DON’T KNOW IT CLICK HERE) that we have been offering you for years, we have decided to offer you another exceptional micro lot from the same Farm. The Ruiz family’s business has always been coffee. Their goal is to build and maintain close relationships with farmers in the area to develop the coffee area by improving its vine conditions and cultivation techniques.

THE PROCESSING

The PACHÉ variety comes from Guatemala and is a mutation of the Typica, it is smaller than the Typica and in the environment of the Panamanian highlands it is producing coffee with a complex flavour. After being hand-picked and selected, it was processed using the natural method.

THE EXPERIENCE IN THE CUP

In the cup this Specialty will surprise you with its sweetness and hints of wine, fig, blueberry and strawberry, medium-high acidity.

WHEN WILL WE ROAST AND SHIP YOUR COFFEE?

We roast our coffees every day*, package them immediately and ship them*. Orders to be shipped the same day must be completed and paid for by 10:00 (UTC+1), orders placed after that will be processed the following day*. (*= Saturdays and holidays excluded) NB the above processing times are not valid for orders on pallets or with customization service.
