We selected a coffee produced in Finca El Diviso, a farm located at an altitude of approximately 1850 meters above sea level. The owner Vidal Hernando Vallejo Arenas lives on his farm with his family: his wife Oliva Ramirez and their 3 children, William, Sergio and Dario. Hernando bought the land of Finca El Diviso with his wife 27 years ago and thanks to their work in maintaining the land without chemicals and waiting for the right maturity of the plants the whole family is now economically independent and even the children are at the side of the parents in cultivation and processes.
Today, with a lot of effort and hard work, they own around 12,000 coffee trees, the drupe harvesting is done by the family, the “depulping” is done daily during the harvest months. The beans underwent a washed processing method, first the batch was fermented for 24 hours then it was washed with running water and subsequently placed in raised beds for drying.

Juicy and spicy, with notes of cherry, orange, mint, cardamom and fresh ginger. The ginger note is clearly perceptible with a filter preparation and makes the sensorial profile very complex.

We roast our coffees every day*, package them immediately and ship them*. Orders to be shipped the same day must be completed and paid for by 10:00 (UTC+1), orders placed after that will be processed the following day*.
