Description

This precious green tea is one of the finest products in Japan. The process involves inhibiting oxidation by steaming leaves and buds and then rolling them into the shape of pine needles, in fact it is precisely from the shape that takes the name of Neddle (English word which means Needle in Italian). The result is a structured drink with an intense vegetal aroma, a sweetish taste with marine notes and a velvety texture.
