Description

There are many legends about the origin of coffee, the best known is that a shepherd called Kaldi used to graze goats in Ethiopia and one day when they met a coffee plant they started eating berries and chewing on leaves; the goats instead of sleeping began to wander very brightly, so the curious shepherd began to roast the seeds of the plant eaten by his flock, he ground them and after making an infusion, he got the coffee.

Coffee is a gift from Ethiopia to the world.

Located in the south of Ethiopia, the Sidamo region is known for its prized Arabica.

The coffee grows spontaneously on the slopes of the hills at an altitude ranging from 1200 to 1900 meters. s.l.m. In this area is cultivated in the coffee gardens, small plots where the coffee grows in the shade of other plants, often banana and other plants a system that allows you to capture fantastic aromatic sensations.

Monorigin is known for its very intense fragrance; it has a soft body, a hazel-colored cream, caresses the palate first with a liqueur sensation of cardamom and rose, fruit and spices and then leaves room for a creamy and persistent aftertaste. hints of citrus fruits (lemon, orange and bergamot).

Grade 2 indicates the certainty of an excellent coffee, excellent quality.
